How to create your creator account

👋 Hi and welcome!

In this short lesson we'll show you how to create your Creator account on the Zemers platform.

What is a Creator account?

A creator account lets you use the Zemers platform to the fullest. You're no longer just a simple user on the platform, you're a creator with full powers.

Like any creator, you can use Zemers to monetize your knowledge and expertise, capture leads, host communities, manage clients, publish content, and earn money by selling access to all the valuable offers you've created.

To realize all the benefits of the platform, the easiest thing to do is create your own creator account. It's free.

Here are the steps:

Step 1 - Log into Zemers

Creating a creator account on the Zemers platform takes less than 2 minutes.

Go to https://www.zemers.com/login/ and create your account.

You can connect directly with Google or with any email.

Step 2 - Onboarding

After you've connected with Google (or verified your email address with the unique code you received), you'll answer 3 questions about yourself.

Then you'll set:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Preferred currency (e.g. RON / EUR)

  • @handle (so you have your own unique link, e.g. zemers.com/@jogn)

Step 3 - Finish the short tutorial in your account

Once you reach the Dashboard, you'll see a short tutorial in the center of the screen that you can follow or skip.

There are 3 simple steps to complete in that tutorial:

  1. Set up your identity (e.g. add your profile picture)

  2. Create your first App in Zemers

  3. Create your first product

At the end, if you want to receive payments online, all you need to do is connect your Stripe account to Zemers.

If you don't have a Stripe account, you'll be taken to a page where you can create one quickly and easily.

What is Stripe?

Stripe is one of the best known and most widely used international payment processors. It's a platform that acts as an intermediary between you and your end customer.

Your customer can pay safely by card/Apple Pay/Google Pay (or other options you set up), and you receive the money in Stripe, which you can then transfer to your bank account.

It's kind of like PayPal.

If you've ever made card payments on any website, that's basically how it works.

Once you've completed these steps, continue to the next lesson.
