Do I need to understand what MCP is?

No. MCP is just the name of the secure connection between Zemers and your AI app. You copy one address from your Zemers settings, paste it into ChatGPT or Claude, and approve the connection once. From that point you only write normal sentences, the same way you already talk to the AI.

Which AI apps can I connect?

ChatGPT and Claude are the two most popular ones, and both work. Any other AI client that supports custom connections can use the same address. You can connect several at the same time and use whichever one you prefer that day.

How long does the setup take?

About a minute. Open Settings, go to AI & MCP, copy your connection address, paste it into your AI app, sign in to Zemers, and click Allow. If your AI app can add connections by itself, Zemers also gives you a ready-made prompt you can paste so the assistant walks you through it.

Do I give the AI my password?

Never. You sign in on the Zemers page itself, exactly like a normal login, and only then approve the connection. The AI app receives a temporary access pass, not your password, and that pass renews quietly in the background.

What can I actually ask it to do?

Create and edit products, set prices, build sales pages and standalone pages row by row, write and publish blog articles, set up courses with modules and lessons, launch promo codes and discount campaigns, organize your storefront, manage customers, and answer questions about your sales. In short, most of what you would do by clicking through the dashboard.

Can the AI break something or delete my work by accident?

It works inside the same limits you have. It can only touch your own workspace, it follows your plan and your team role, destructive actions need a clear confirmation, and every single action is written to an activity log you can review. If anything looks wrong, you can revoke the connection instantly.

Does it see my customer data?

Only what you allow when you approve the connection, and only for your own workspace. You can see the exact permissions on the approval screen before you click Allow, and review or revoke them later from Settings.

Can my team members connect their own AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each person connects with their own Zemers account, and their assistant can do exactly what their role allows, nothing more. If you change their role or remove them from the team, their AI access changes with it immediately.

Does it work in my language?

Yes. You write to the AI in whatever language you normally use, and it does the work in Zemers. The content it writes for your store follows the language you asked for.

Which plan do I need?

AI connections are included on every Zemers plan, starting with the free one. You can connect your account and start giving commands without paying anything.

What happens if I change my mind?

Open Settings, go to AI & MCP, and click Revoke next to the connected app. Access stops right away. Anything the assistant already created stays in your account, exactly as if you had made it yourself.
